Arrangements

In order to guarantee continuity, we work with combinations of fixed days that consist of the standard core time ( Core time) with an option for extended care. Extended care You will only have to pay for the arrangement that you make use of.

You may select one of the following options:

Core time and Extended care

At Perron 07, it is possible to choose a Core-time-only arrangement. During the Core time (from 08.00 a.m. to 16.00 p.m.) the emphasis is on upbringing and education and work is done in accordance with the Sporen (Traces) pedagogy. This requires groups with a fixed composition of staff and children. However, this is not possible for 10 hours a day and 48 weeks a year.
It’s also possible to choose an arrangement that includes Extended care as well as Core time. In addition to Core time we provide Extended care between 16:00 p.m. and 18:00 p.m. on a daily basis. The children then form a vertical group and are taken care of, and supervised by, dedicated extended care staff.

Children 0-2

Our youngest baby group, Perron 0, and on the toddler group Perron 1, offers a choice of either 8 or 9 hours of core time in a group with a fixed composition of children and staff. This group has no option for extended care until 18:00 p.m. For this age group (0-2) we do not consider a ten-hour day and a transistion into a vertical group to be pedagogically justifiable.

Holiday care

On average, Perron 07 is open for 48 weeks a year. This means that our centre is closed for a period of four weeks every year. These weeks are scheduled over Christmas (1 week) and during summer (3 weeks). In addition, there are six holiday weeks per year that run simultaneously with the school holidays in the The Hague area. During this time we provide Holiday care in two vertical Holiday care groups.
Perron 07 strives to ensure that staff’s holiday time corresponds as much as possible with the holiday care weeks. In this way stability and continuity is ensured. Perron 07 offers you a choice of arrangements that include Holiday care and ones that do not.
